Our model is simple: we build a preview of your website first, free of charge. You pay only if you decide to activate it.
You are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee if:
— your website is not activated within 7 days of payment confirmation; or
— the delivered website differs substantially from the preview you approved and we are unable to fix it
within a reasonable time.
Write to asif.ali@hyperblock.pk with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment gateway, normally within 7–10 business days.
Once the website has been live and in use, the setup fee covers work already performed and is non-refundable, except where required by the applicable consumer protection laws of Pakistan.
